Fixed Price: The purpose was to explore the layout and flow of the plan before contracting to build. The client received multiple renderings and an interactive platform to engage the model on their computer. This client also scheduled an Immersive Experience walkthrough to fully explore the plan.

Fixed Price: The clients specified the the furniture options for each room assisting them in understanding the scale of the space and addressing concerns very early in the planning process.

Owner's Suite Renovation

Redesign of Bedroom, Bathroom, and Closets - $900

Hybrid Pricing: The clients engaged Visalu to help them reimagine their suite. The rooms were fully redesigned including furniture, window treatments, lighting, cabinetry, tile, and wallpaper.

Kitchen and Adjacent Living Area

Full Kitchen Design plus Fully Furnished Family Room - $2500

Hourly Pricing: The clients wanted to explore several options so the hourly rate worked best. We worked together to achieve the best layout for the kitchen, then selected cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and lighting fixtures. Next we created the furniture, which was a combination of new and already owned pieces, and arranged it, ensuring that the room functioned well to meet this family's lifestyle.

Outdoor Living Space

Outdoor Kitchen and Entertaining Area - $1500

Hybrid Pricing: The homeowners wanted to add function to their existing swimming pool and screened lanai. They wanted a beautiful and functional cooking space along with multiple seating areas, and landscaping. They also needed to secure approval from their HOA for these exterior additions. Visalu brought all the elements together into the 3D model and provided pictures and documentation to secure the approval and to communicate with the various vendors to achieve the desired outcome.
